Join our Salsa 1+ with Styling program to learn quickly and easily in a fun and safe space!

Whether you're a beginner or more experienced dancer, our structured and progressive program will challenge you with styling and technique from the very beginning. You'll learn to dance smoothly through transitions with a partner, and in "shine sequences" (cardio intensive footwork that's an integral part of salsa to "shine on the floor").

Then, you'll put the pieces together to speed.

Perfect for first-time salsa dancers who want to become good dancers quickly, and intermediate to advanced dancers looking to improve their footwork, partnership/connection technique, and body action in the fundamentals. You will learn how to move with the correct body mechanics so you feel a true sense of partnership and connection, and look like a natural dancer born with rhythm.

Our instructors dance with YOU every class to help you get the details one on one. Personal attention is our specialty - you will NEVER feel lost in the crowd or unsure about what you're supposed to be doing.

Salsa Level 2 + Styling

Join our 6-week Salsa 2+ Styling program and gain the confidence to hit the dance floor on another level!

Our structured and progressive program focuses on technique, body movement, footwork, and styling. Whether you're an intermediate or advanced dancer we'll challenge you to improve your dancing, and connection with your partner. High levels of technique taught with clarity and musicality are emphasized in this class.

We start with a warm up of dynamic stretching and isolations to access your body movement (~10-15 minutes). Then, you'll learn a shine sequence full of musicality that builds weekly with elements of LA style salsa, and Cuban motion and movement (~20-30 minutes - very cardio intensive). The last hour, we dance in partnership drilling the sequences we learned from past weeks, and learning new fun and exciting sequences that flow from move to move.

Join our Bachata 1+ with Styling program to learn quickly and easily in a fun and safe space!

Whether you're a beginner or more experienced dancer, our structured and progressive program will challenge you with styling and technique from the very beginning. You'll learn to dance smoothly through transitions with a partner with elements of sensual bachata, modern/urban bachata, and Dominican or traditional bachata so you get a taste of all of the styles you'll need on the floor.

Then, you'll put the pieces together to speed.

Perfect for first-time bachata dancers who want to become good dancers quickly, and intermediate to advanced dancers looking to improve their footwork, partnership/connection technique, and body action in the fundamentals. Bachata 2+ Styling

Mondays 7:30-9:30pm
3/24/25 - 5/19/25 (no class 4/14, 5/5) - 7 week series

Join our 7-week Bachata 2+ Styling program and gain the confidence to hit the dance floor on another level!

Our structured and progressive program focuses on technique, body movement, footwork, and styling. Whether you're an intermediate or advanced dancer we'll challenge you to improve your own dancing, and connection with your partner. High levels of technique taught with clarity and musicality are emphasized in this class.

We start with a warm up of dynamic stretching and isolations to access your body movement (~10-15 minutes). Then, you'll warm up your footwork and body motion for the sequence in a series of drills to help you take the thinking out of your more advanced dancing - think syncopated footwork, neck and body rolls, and side waves just to name a few (~15-20 minutes).

The rest of the class time, you will dance an exciting choreography full of sensual movement, spicy footwork, and hot new popular moves in partnership - drilling new fun and exciting sequences that flow from move to move with musicality. We review previous weeks for your muscle memory, add styling, and learn new moves each week, too!
